Welcome to Membership with Mid-Shore Board of REALTORS®!

The process is easy, and the required steps are noted below. Your Mid-Shore Board of REALTORS® member status includes membership with Maryland REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®

If you are new to the real estate industry, a 3-hour New Member Orientation Course is required within 90-days of joining.  Once you’ve joined and obtained your NRDS, (National REALTORS® Data System Number) you are then required to join Bright, the local multiple list service. 

1st Time REALTOR® Membership:  

• Complete the application
• Copy of your Maryland Driver’s License
• Copy of your Maryland Real Estate License
• Mid-Shore Board of REALTORS® pro-rates dues monthly, you will need to call or email us to obtain the correct payment.  In addition to the pro-rated dues, there is a one-time new member fee of $100

Secondary REALTOR® Membership: 

• Complete the application
• Copy of your Maryland Driver’s License
• Copy of your Maryland Real Estate License
• A Letter of Good Standing will be requested from MSBR to your current Board for verification of your member status.
• Mid-Shore Board of REALTORS® pro-rates your dues monthly, you will need to call (410-822-8767) or email info@msbrmd.com to obtain the correct payment.  Your membership fee is waived if REALTOR is already a member with another Maryland Association

New Brokerage Office Membership:

• Complete the application
• Copy of your Maryland Driver’s License
• Copy of your Maryland Real Estate License
• Payment: There is a one-time new office fee of $250.00

Affiliate Membership Information: 

• Complete the application
• Because Mid-Shore Board of REALTORS® pro-rates your dues monthly, you will need to call or email to obtain the correct payment.
